- Drive and manage end-to-end recruitment processes, engaging with top-tier blue-collar talent.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to understand their unique staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
- Utilize innovative sourcing strategies to attract, assess, and secure high-caliber candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for both clients and candidates.
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, particularly within the blue-collar industry.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, consistently meeting and exceeding recruitment KPIs.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a results-driven mindset to achieve recruitment success.
- In-depth knowledge of modern recruitment tools and techniques, including social media platforms and candidate databases.
