Overview:
Infinity Staff Global is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in accounting, specifically with experience in using Xero accounting software. The candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Bank Reconciliation: Ensure all bank statements are reconciled accurately and promptly.
Accounts Payable: Process invoices, verify financial data, and manage payments to suppliers.
Accounts Receivable: Generate invoices, track incoming payments, and manage client accounts.
Following Up Aged Receivables: Monitor and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely payment.
Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into our accounting system.
Ad Hoc Tasks:
Assist the manager with various accounting tasks as needed.
Invoicing: Manage invoicing for Infinity Staff Australia
Qualifications:
- Experience with Xero Accounting Software: Proficiency in Xero is a must.
- Educational Background: Accounting graduate preferred.
- Experience with Australian Accounting: Prior experience in Australian accounting practices is highly desirable.
Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Assessment: After initial evaluation, there may be an option to condense work from Monday to Wednesday.
