This is a client-facing role that requires presence in the office
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects related to corporate fit outs and refurbishments.
- Develop and present design concepts and solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met.
- Oversee project development from conceptual design through to completion.
- Ensure compliance with local council regulations and industry standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in architecture, with a focus on corporate fitouts and refurbishments.
- In-depth knowledge of local council regulations and building codes.
- Strong client-facing skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Proven experience in managing projects from inception to completion.
- Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software.
