Job Summary
We are looking for skilled and safety-conscious Confined Space Labourers to assist with various construction, maintenance, and industrial tasks in confined spaces. You will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of safe and efficient project outcomes across the Shoalhaven and Illawarra areas.
Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual labour tasks in confined spaces, including cleaning, maintenance, installation, or repairs.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and effectively, ensuring adherence to site safety protocols.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work closely with team members to complete tasks within set timeframes.
• Conduct pre-start checks on equipment and ensure all work complies with Australian safety regulations and standards.
• Identify potential hazards, report them promptly, and assist in implementing control measures.
• Assist with general site duties, including equipment handling and site clean-up.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with confined space entry permits and procedures.

• Previous experience in confined space work is essential.
• Current Confined Space Entry (RIIWHS202E or equivalent) certification.
• White Card (Construction Induction).
• Working at Heights certification is highly desirable.
• Experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of WHS (Workplace Health and Safety) practices.
• Physically fit and capable of handling the demands of manual labour.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and safety-first mindset.
