We are currently seeking an Electrical Design Engineer with experience in battery charger systems for one of our clients based in Pennsylvania.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited engineering college
- 7+ years’ experience working as an electrical engineer in a similar field
- Power Electronics, Analog, Digital, and Embedded Microcontroller Application designs
- Magnetics design (transformers and chokes)
- SCR Control and Driver Circuit design
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in supporting mManufacturing environment
Additional Preferred Experiences:
- PCB Design (Altium)
- Circuit Analysis and simulation software
- Switch-Mode Power Supply Design
- Thermal management
- Designing and testing products to comply with UL/CSA and other 3rd party standards
Basic responsibilities (not limited to)
- Create and redesign existing schematics and printed circuit board designs
- Creating BOM for new designs
- Designing and testing designs
- Ensuring designs meet all regulation and safety standards
- Collaboration with the internal Engineering group and Manufacturing personnel
