Position: Foreman

Our client, a well-established building company, is looking for a Foreman
to oversee residential projects across the Shire region. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple aspects of construction sites efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of previous experience in residential construction, with some time spent in a supervisory role. (2 years supervisory experience)
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction plans.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience coordinating trades and managing project timelines.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transport.
- Relevant industry certifications (such as a White Card) are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate subcontractors and trades.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Maintain and enforce safety protocols across multiple sites.
- Communicate with project stakeholders, including clients and suppliers.
- Assist in resolving on-site challenges as they arise.
