Our client, a premier Global SAP consulting firm headquartered in London, UK, is searching for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Analyst to join their team in Alpharetta, GA. Specializing in process transformation and optimization, they are recognized as an SAP Silver Partner, driving digital transformation with innovative solutions.

Key Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR within the IT/Technology domain and understand the unique challenges and needs of an IT services organization. You’ll play a critical role in managing HR operations across the Americas, partnering with leadership to drive HR strategies and ensuring a people-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Operations Management: Oversee HR operations across North and South America, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with global policies.
  • Strategic HR Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor, providing coaching on HR policies and processes, and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Talent Management: Implement performance management, career development, succession planning, and training programs.
  • Culture & Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance organizational culture, employee engagement, and pride.
  • Talent Acquisition & Development: Lead recruitment efforts, talent development, and support managers on people-related matters.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relationships and a strong team environment, supporting managers with conflict resolution.
  • Payroll & Compensation: Manage payroll processes and personnel-related payments.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Minimum of 6 years of HR experience in fast-paced, international environments.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and partner with senior management.
  • Strong knowledge of US Labor Law; familiarity with Latin American labor laws is a plus.
  • Proficiency in HR data and analytics.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is an advantage.
  • Experience in change management and implementing new HR initiatives.
