Description

Title: Maintenance Coordinator
Location: Inner Western Sydney
 
Role Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically adept Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the maintenance and repair operations of mission-critical assets. This role involves coordinating with international companies and suppliers, managing asset systems, and facilitating maintenance processes. You will not work directly on the equipment but will be instrumental in coordinating maintenance and managing inventory.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the maintenance and repair of mission-critical-related assets, including liaising with international suppliers.
  • Utilize asset management systems such as Relegen and SAP to track and manage equipment efficiently.
  • Demonstrate strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and experience with database management.
  • Engage in coding tasks and backend interactions as needed.
  • Support warehouse operations, including inventory management, logging systems, and managing stock.
  • Ensure compliance with security and safety regulations, including obtaining necessary clearances and police checks.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, providing updates and maintaining high service standards.
  • Assist with project management tasks, including paperwork, delivery coordination, and process adherence.
  • Manage invoicing, quotes, and liaise with end users.
Key Competencies:
  • Proficiency in asset management systems (Relegen, SAP) and strong Excel skills.
  • IT-savvy with experience in coding and backend interactions.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Australian citizenship with the ability to obtain necessary security clearances and pass police checks.
  • Experience with project management and handling sensitive information.
