Requirements:
- Marketing diploma or degree
- Prior experience in the recruitment industry, specifically within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Logistics sectors, is highly beneficial and will take preference for shortlisting.
- Proven experience with Mailchimp.
- Strong background in email and SMS marketing.
- Proficient in creating and managing blog content.
- Experience in podcast production and promotion.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the owner during weekly check-in meetings to brainstorm and refine ideas.
- Implement marketing projects as outlined by the owner, adding your unique creative touch.
- Manage email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp.
- Develop and execute effective email and SMS marketing strategies.
- Create engaging blog content and manage content creation processes.
- Assist with podcast production and promotion.
Important Note: The weekly check-in meeting will take place in the early hours to accommodate the client's location in Australia. Flexibility with time zones is essential.
