We are on the hunt for a part-time Business Development Consultant within the Recruitment industry

Position Overview:
  
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant (3-4 years) with international exposure, ideally with knowledge of the Australian market. This is a part-time role requiring 3-4 hours of work per day, specifically from 2am - 6am SAST, five days a week. We are looking for candidates that are currently based in South Africa

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business development within the recruitment sector (3-4 years).
  • International market understanding, preferably with Australian market experience.
  • Ability to work during Australian business hours (2am - 6am SAST).
  • Self-motivated with a never-give-up attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and familiarity with the sales process.
  • Commitment to long-term role and thriving in a remote work environment.
  • Own a laptop, headset, fast internet connection, and backup power solution for load shedding.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture business opportunities within the recruitment industry.
  • Use HubSpot to manage leads and appointments.
  • Set appointments for the Partner of the agency, who will then meet with potential clients to close the deals.
  • Employ strong communication and sales skills to handle objections and drive results.
  • Maintain constant communication with the team to ensure alignment and progress.
