Please note
- My client is based in Australia and you will be required to work a 45 hour week starting at 3am/4am depending on business requirements.
- Although you will be employed on a permanent basis, this role is considered an ongoing independent contract due to the role being remote
- You will need to make use of your own laptop or PC, have backup power in place to account for loadshedding and fast reliable Wi-Fi.

Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years in recruitment, with a strong track record in either the Building, Construction, Manufacturing or Supply Chain industry.
- Abilities: Serve as resourcer, Recruitment Consultant, and Business Development Consultant. You will be expected to work independently
- Skills: Ability to manage client accounts effectively and work autonomously. Demonstrated capability to execute tasks without constant supervision.
- Attributes: Agile, self-motivated, and dedicated to building genuine, long-term relationships. A reputation for integrity and professionalism is crucial.

What You’ll Do:
Working closely with the owner in delivering recruitment campaigns.
- Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their recruitment needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from junior to senior-level positions, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers, and recruitment strategies that align with their business goals.
- Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to offer informed advice and maintain a competitive edge.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Mentorship: Guide and support junior team members, sharing your expertise and best practices to foster their professional growth.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and detailed reports on recruitment activities, metrics, and client feedback
